Terms of Use

Plain terms for a one-euro watch face. Nothing here takes away a right you have under consumer law — where the two disagree, the law wins.
What you are buying
A licence to use the Night Shift watch face on Wear OS devices linked to your Google account, for as long as Google Play makes it available to you. You are not buying the artwork, the character or the code itself.
What you may not do
- redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the package
- extract the artwork and reuse it in another watch face, app or product
- publish a derivative of it to any store
The character, the artwork, the backgrounds and the design of the face are original work and remain my copyright.
Price, payment and refunds
Night Shift is sold through Google Play at the price shown there, plus VAT where applicable. Google handles the payment and is the seller of record. Refunds are requested through Google Play and are subject to Google's refund policy.
If you are an EU consumer, your statutory rights — including rights of withdrawal and remedies for a product that does not work as described — apply in addition to Google's policy and are not affected by anything on this page.
Updates
Updates arrive through Google Play. I may change how the face looks or behaves in an update, and I may stop publishing it. If I withdraw it, copies already purchased keep working on devices they are installed on for as long as the operating system supports them.
No warranty, within reason
The face is provided as it is. I do not warrant that it is free of defects, or that it will work on every Wear OS device, watch model or future OS version. That said: this does not limit any warranty or remedy you have by law as a consumer, and if the face is faulty you should tell me — see the support page — because I would rather fix it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the face. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
